My Blanket reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without formal notice.
Conditions of Use
By placing an order via this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale.
After you have submitted your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order details. If there are any errors or wrong details, please let us know immediately as we may start manufacture of your personalised product the next business day.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
For New Zealand customers the prices listed on our shopping cart include G.S.T but do not include shipping costs.
For Overseas customers the prices listed on our shopping cart do not include shipping costs or any fees or charges incurred through customs in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any orders sent overseas that are delayed in customs must be dealt with by the recipient residing in the relevant country.
Shipping Costs are added as the customer proceeds through checkout, and are clearly visible before payment is required.
The delivery time for each order is based on the availability time for the product(s) plus shipping time.
Personalised product takes approximately 3 weeks to be produced. Other product is usually available immediately. If product is out of stock or delayed in any way we will notify you as soon as possible.

Every item is subject to rigorous quality control measures prior to being dispatched.
If shipping damage occurs during transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving your product(s) and we will gladly work with you to have the merchandise returned or replaced or refunded.
In the unusual event that you are not satisfied with a product and should want to return a product the following policies apply:
We will gladly offer you a refund, replacement or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery if the product was:
• sent in error
• suffered a manufacturing defect
• different to the order confirmation
Unfortunately we are unable to accept personalised products for return or exchange unless one of the above conditions applies.
We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow our washing instructions carefully.
If a product has to be returned to us we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage.

My Blanket is a New Zealand owned and operated business. We take pride in delivering quality garments and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us so we can help.
We reserve the right to announce competition winners in newsletters and social media should you wish to enter.
My Blanket is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for, damages of any kind arising out of use, reference to, or reliance on any information contained within the site. While the information contained within the site is periodically updated, no guarantee is given that the information provided in this website is correct, complete, and up-to-date. Although the My Blanket website includes links providing direct access to other Internet resources, including websites, My Blanket is not responsible for the accuracy or content of information contained in these sites. Links from My Blanket to third-party sites do not constitute an endorsement by My Blanket of the parties or their products and services.

All payments are directed to a secure, external payment page hosted by ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited who provide PCI DSS compliant payment solutions. PCI DSS is a comprehensive set of requirements created by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council for enhancing cardholder data security and to ensure the safe handling and storage of sensitive customer credit card information.
New Zealand Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the courts of New Zealand will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising in respect of the Website or these terms and conditions.
