Q. What are your blankets made of?
We use two main materials to create our blankets - 100% combed cotton yarn and 100% merino wool yarns.
Q. Are the blanket colours on your website an exact match to the blanket we will receive?
The colours of the blankets and garments may vary slightly depending on the computer screen you are looking at. However we believe the shots on our website provide an accurate representation of the colours we use.
Q. I am having trouble ordering from your site. What should I do?
We'd like to think the whole on-line ordering process is as simple as ABC, but if you're having problems please contact us immediately and we will walk you through the process.
Q. Am I able to return personalised product?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept personalised products for return or exchange. See our Returns Policy for more details
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept online payment by Credit Card through our secure payment facility, or if you are from either New Zealand or Australia you can also pay directly into our bank account. Details are provided on the confirmation email.
Q. How secure is your billing process? OR Is your site secure?
We do not store or have access to any credit card information when it is entered. All payments are processed on a secure external payment page hosted by ANZ Banking Group Limited who provide secure payment processing solutions. See our Credit Card Policy for more details.
Q. When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged at the time of placing your online order if you are paying by Credit Card. If you are paying directly into our bank account, your blanket will go into production as soon as the payment is received.
Q. I am buying a blanket as a gift. Can you ship the order directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. Our system allows the purchaser to specify separate billing and shipping addresses. Make sure to include the shipping address for the baby who is to receive your gift. We can include a card with any message you would like to send but will not include a copy of the invoice with the shipment.
Q. What can I buy with my gift certificate?
Gift Certificates are Voucher Codes for a specified dollar value and can be applied to any product on site including the shipping.
Q. How do I use a Voucher Code?
To use a Voucher Code online simply type the code into the Voucher Code area when you reach the shopping cart and click "APPLY". The discount available and any balance to be paid will then be displayed.

Q. Where are the Blankets made?
All our products are made and dispatched from our Factory in Kelston, Auckland, New Zealand.
Q. Can you ship my item sooner?
Contact us and let us know when you need it by. If you have already ordered and we cannot deliver to you by the specific time, we will let you know and refund your money. If it is necessary to ship via an express service to meet your requested date we will contact you to advise you of any additional payment that might be required.

Super Soft Merino
Spun from extra fine merino wool, the fabric knitted from this yarn is supersoft, warm and light weight.
Merino wool is famed for its ability to regulate body temperature. It’s breathable to keep your baby cool in summer and warm in winter.

Combed cotton is an extremely soft form of cotton, made by specially treating cotton fibres before they are spun into yarn. This extremely soft, strong material is ideal for making clothing which will be worn against the skin.
How do we do this?
The cotton combing process removes short cotton fibers resulting in a finer, stronger and more compact cotton. The combing process removes some 15% of the volume of the cotton, leaving longer, straighter fibres which are even and aligned. That’s why combed cotton is sought after for quality fabrics with high thread counts. Combed cotton is exceptionally comfortable to wear.
Combed cotton is higher-quality and softer than ordinary cotton, it lasts longer and is ideal for young skin.

What is a Micron?
A micron is a micrometre and is the measurement used in wool classing to measure the diameter of a wool fibre. Finer = better - the smaller the number, the finer and softer the fibre.

The actual freight costs are calculated at checkout based on what you have ordered. However to give you some indication here are some of the more common freight and delivery details:

Goods shipped within New Zealand are sent via Courier.
Goods shipped to Australia are sent via Toll Priority. Delivery time varies from area to area but is typically 2 days into major metropolitan areas or up to 6 working days to remote areas.
Goods delivered to other overseas destinations are sent via NZ Post International Courier. Shipping time varies from country to country and can be anywhere up to 15 working days.
International Customs Charges and Duties
International (outside the N.Z.) customers may have to pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting.

Conditions of Use
By placing an order via this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale.
After you have submitted your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order details. If there are any errors or wrong details, please let us know immediately as we may start manufacture of your personalised product the next business day.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
For New Zealand customers the prices listed on our product pages include G.S.T. Shipping is calculated at Checkout.
For Overseas customers the prices listed at checkout do not include any fees or charges incurred through customs in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any orders sent overseas that are delayed in customs must be dealt with by the recipient residing in the relevant country.
Shipping Costs are added as the customer proceeds through checkout, and are clearly visible before payment is required.
Voucher's are a set dollar amount which can be applied to the total value of your shopping cart (including freight).
A Voucher may be limited in terms of:
1. The user login they apply to or
2. They may have an expiry date.
This would be clearly stated when the Voucher Code was issued.
Discount codes/Promos/Sale or VIP Codes
Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount/promotional/VIP codes.
Only one code per order.
Discount does not apply on freight cost.
Discount and Sales will be applicable on specified dates.
Voucher codes must be entered in the Voucher Code box at checkout to receive discount.
The delivery time for each order is based on the availability time for the product(s) plus shipping time.

Every item is subject to rigorous quality control measures prior to being dispatched.
If shipping damage occurs during transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving your product(s) and we will gladly work with you to have the merchandise returned or replaced or refunded.
In the unusual event that you are not satisfied with a product and should want to return a product the following policies apply:
We will gladly offer you a refund, replacement or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery if the product was:
• sent in error
• suffered a manufacturing defect
• different to the order confirmation
Unfortunately we are unable to accept personalised products for return or exchange unless one of the above conditions applies.
We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow our washing instructions carefully.
If a product has to be returned to us we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage.
